ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supervise, schedule and manage all Maintenance employees including Mechanics, Welders and Yard Personnel.
Schedule and direct the activities of Maintenance Personnel such as:
Service, Repair and Maintenance for all Vehicles & Equipment, Truck Shop, Equipment Repair Shop, Yard, and Facilities.
Responsible for writing Service Orders.
Purchase parts, supplies, tools and machinery, in support of the Service Garage as needed.
Assist with record keeping tasks related to Service, Repair, Parts, Inventory and Vehicle & Equipment activity including Drivers Vehicle Inspection Reports, Equipment Condition Reports, Federal, DOT and in-house records. Must have heavy equipment and diesel repair experience. EEO Employer
