Outside Sales Representative - East Coast Wholesale
English and Spanish Required | Independent Contractor (1099) | Based in Miami, Florida
Akua Mosaics is expanding its wholesale presence across the East Coast and is looking for an experienced independent Outside Sales Representative to build new business, open accounts, and develop long-term customer relationships. This 1099 opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who knows the tile, flooring, pool, kitchen and bath, or building-material market and enjoys creating a territory from the ground up.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Develop a new portfolio of wholesale customers throughout the East Coast.
· Visit dealers, distributors, tile and flooring stores, pool professionals, and kitchen and bath showrooms.
· Present products, samples, pricing, and merchandising opportunities.
· Manage leads, quotations, follow-up, account activation, and ongoing customer relationships.
· Maintain CRM activity and report sales opportunities, market feedback, and competitive information.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· At least three years of outside B2B sales experience.
· Experience with wholesalers, distributors, dealers, or professional trade customers.
· Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
· Strong hunter mentality and proven ability to open new accounts.
· Ability to travel throughout the East Coast using a personally owned, reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
· Must be able to work as an independent contractor and receive Form 1099-NEC.
· An existing industry portfolio or network is highly preferred.
