Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service directly to our customers locations! In this energetic role, you will perform comprehensive gym equipment repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on-site at customer locations or designated service areas. Your mechanical expertise and customer-focused attitude will ensure machines are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing a seamless experience for every client. Duties
- Conduct machine diagnostics to identify mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace equipment components with precision
- Service equipment by performing tire/belt replacements, motors and monitor etc.
- Assist customers by explaining repairs needed and providing excellent customer service throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed and parts used for each order (in app).
Requirements
- Proven equipment repair experience with strong mechanic skills
- Knowledge of treadmil/pelaton diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and gym service equipment effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate service vehicles as needed
- Prior experience in gym equipment service technician roles is highly preferred

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per day
