Responsibilities:
- Assist surveyors in conducting field surveys and data collection
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Assist in the preparation of survey reports and maps
- Conduct research to obtain necessary information for survey projects
- Assist in the construction of survey monuments and markers
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Utilize hand tools to set up and take down surveying equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a survey technician or related field preferred
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis
