Job Description:
The Trust Associate will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the administration of fiduciary accounts at the direction of their assigned Trust Officer. Successful candidates for this role will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, robust technological and communication skills, enjoy seeking out new information and synthesizing findings, excellent time management, a focus on attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality and treat colleagues and clients with respect, and an interest in developing collaborative relationships.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily administrative support to Trust Officers,
- Inputting client bills and invoices for payment,
- Communicating with clients, professional advisors, and vendors,
- Preparing reports and memos,
- Drafting communications, presentations, and reports,
- Completing forms, applications, and other documents,
- Researching and summarizing various topics as requested,
- Provide calendaring and meeting support,
- Special projects as needed,
- Using CRM system to track and complete account related tasks, and
- Managing fiduciary risk; following policies and procedures.
Required:
- At least two years’ customer service experience in a professional setting.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree
- Prior experience with trusts and estates.
- Certified Paralegal or Paralegal experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).

Location:
This position is based in Northwest Trustee’s Boise, ID, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, or Spokane, WA locations.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
