POSITION SUMMARY
The Team Lead; Wholesale Orders will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Wholesale Order process. The Team Lead; Wholesale Orders will serve as the point of contact for all Wholesale Orders that come through to the Muscle & Strength warehouse. Managing a team, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that wholesale orders are picked accurately, pack professionally, shipped on time and all appropriate documentation is completed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as point of contact for all Wholesale orders for both internal and external inquiries
- Ensures accurate product selection, order packing and shipping operations
- Promotes team spirt and demonstrates a “hands-on” commitment to getting the job done
- Works within demanding performance requirements
- Maneuver heavy loads using equipment such as a forklift and pallet jack
- Create and manage the labelling/paperwork of domestic and international wholesale orders
- Pack Orders to customers various specifications
- Track and complete orders using warehouse management software
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to effectively motivate team members to accomplish common goal in a timely and effective manner
- Provides input to Warehouse Manager in regards to hiring, promotion, evaluation and termination of current and potential team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team and meet performance goals
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to move about inside a warehouse without climate control, standing and walking for up to an entire shift, year round.
- Must be able to constantly position self to access product locations (stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl) and frequently ascend/descend ladders to access high shelving.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to operate pallet jack in a safe manner.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
