GENERAL FUNCTION:
The technician will operate injection molding machines, adjust process settings to improve part quality, handle and dry molding resins, hang and remove molds, measure parts, perform preventative maintenance on machines, monitor and troubleshoot 3D print builds, and provide quality “finished” printed and molded components to business customers to support the 3DP&P groups in their delivery of quality prototype parts to business customers quickly.
Schedule: Training will be conducted on an 8 AM to 5 PM (1st shift) schedule. This will continue as long as the training period lasts 4-6 weeks. Once they have been fully trained, this role will shift to a 10 AM to 7 PM schedule.
Seeking candidates who have hands-on skills and a mechanical aptitude.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· High school diploma or GED is required.
· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
· Hands-on problem solving and strong mechanical skills
· Basic computer experience, including ability to view CAD models
Preferred
· Experience with model finishing or similar hands-on work
· Interest in or exposure to injection molding or plastics
· Experience with 3D printing
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
