The Agent Role
Once licensed, Team Agents work with buyers and sellers, build relationships, develop new business, manage client communication, use team systems and CRM, and participate in training, coaching, and accountability.
We are looking for people who are:
- Strong communicators
- Dependable and organized
- Comfortable building relationships
- Willing to learn and be coached
- Consistent with follow up and prospecting
- Able to manage a flexible client driven schedule
Experience is helpful, but attitude, follow through, and willingness to learn matter more.

This is a commission based 1099 real estate sales position once licensed and affiliated with the brokerage and team.
