Active Texas RN license (in good standing)

2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience

Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas

Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days

Strong clinical documentation skills & attention to detail

Experience with Kinnser / WellSky (preferred)

Flexible scheduling – PRN
