Position Requirements:
- Assisting with an individuals daily living activities
- Support with and helping perform transfers
- Providing Respite care to help family members/ families
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
