Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Dallas Nephrology Associates has an immediate opening for a dedicated, service-oriented LVN or CMA to provide clinical back-office support at Charlton Office Practice. Responsibilities include charting, obtaining accurate vital signs, and administering injections and medications as ordered by the physician. Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital setting (preferred); injection experience is required, and infusion or vascular access experience is strongly preferred. Dialysis experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well with patients are essential.
Travel to the Waxahachie and Midlothian satellite offices is required.
Requirements include:
- LVN or CMA license REQUIRED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- High school diploma REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
- Injection experience REQUIRED
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital setting preferred
Starting salary is determined by years of experience in a similar role, experience with nephrology, and bilingual (English/Spanish) status. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will earn up to $1 more per hour.
CMA Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will earn between ~$20- $21.50/hour upon hire.
CMA Candidates with experience between 5-10 years will earn ~$21.50- 23/hour upon hire.
CMA Candidates with 10+ years experience may earn ~$24/hour upon hire.
LVN Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will earn between ~$27 - $28/hour upon hire.
LVN Candidates with experience between 5-10 years will earn ~$28 - 30/hour upon hire.
LVN Candidates with 10+ years experience may earn ~$30+/hour upon hire.
