At Skinsations Spa, our Client Experience Team does not “check clients in.”They shape how a woman feels the moment she walks through our doors…and guide her into treatments, memberships, and skincare that truly transform her. This position Part TIme, some shifts need flexibility to where we are the busiest. Tuesday's (flex hours), Thursday's 1:30 - 9:30 PM, Saturday's 10:00 AM to close.
This role is a split position for a Spa Concierg's and Spa Attendant. For someone who is polished, perceptive, and naturally influential—someone who can read people, create connection quickly, and confidently guide decisions with care and integrity.
If you are simply looking for a task-based position, this will not be the right fit.
Spa Concierg's you will be directly interacting with our clients, upgrading treatments, and membership + skincare products sales.
Spa Attendant you will be directly interacting between clients and Spa Operation needs such as organizing, spa laundry, prepping plating service for clients, and running errands.

THE ROLE
As a Client Experience & Sales Curator, you are the first impression and the lasting impression.
You will:
- Guide clients into the right treatments, memberships, and skincare with confidence and care
- Create a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure
- Communicate the value of our services in a way that feels natural, not salesy
- Build relationships with our clients so they feel seen, understood, and cared for
- Support revenue growth through thoughtful treatment and home care recommendations and follow-through

PT days needed
Friday’s 1:30 to close, about 9:30 pm
Saturday's 10 am- 7 pm
A rotation between Wednesday or Thursday
- Offers commission pay on Club sales
- Client Support. You’ll be the heartbeat of our beautiful spa and communicator between teams, clients and everything we need to be fabulous & attuned. Ordering & Supply coordinator
- Client care influencer + overseeing client happiness
- Oversee + Excel in Membership Sales + Recommending + Upgrading Services + Product Educator

- Brand ambassador
- Excel in client connections + service insight & knowledge
- This position calls for an individual awesome in organization, social media skills & posting, organizing needs well, planning, errands, ordering, spa event Ambassador, scheduling, service + product sales, upselling, and explaining daily skincare routine. Skincare enthusiasts a must. Key holder trust for closing and organizing for next day.
- Hours + Availability needs to be flexible. You will have a set schedule. You will have both opening & closing shifts and Saturdays. Off Sunday & Monday.
Adhering to outlined safety and sterilization protocols. We will train for all guidelines practiced.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
