JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Calling parents about joining KidStrong (75+ outbound calls per shift)
- Coaching 2+ classes per week (physical, athletic, program)
- Sales, closing trials in center and over the phone
- Handling member service requests and administration request as a manager
- Being a leader by example for the coaching team and kids
- Manage and supervise staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
SCHEDULE (this is a typical example schedule, some variations may apply or be negotiated):
Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 10:30am-7:30pm
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 8:00am–5:00pm
