Whether a former high school or college player, or someone looking to begin a coaching pathway, BEBC provides the structure, training, and mentorship to help you succeed—even if this is your first formal coaching role.
About Bald Eagle Basketball Club
The mission of BEBC is to evolve players who love the game of basketball by developing confidence, character, and skill, from beginners to high school varsity, and for some, college and beyond.
BEBC offers year-round basketball development through AAU Teams and our nationally designed recreational-level program, PRO Coach Basketball (PCB). Our programs are built around long-term athlete development, strong fundamentals, and positive coaching.

Position Overview
We are seeking passionate, dependable, and growth-minded Basketball Coaches who are committed to teaching the game the right way. Coaches will work with youth players ranging from beginners to advanced athletes, helping them develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for basketball.
Coaching opportunities include:
- PRO Coach Basketball (Rec-Level Development)
- AAU Teams
- Personal 1-on-1 Training
Compensation
- $50–$75 per hour, based on experience, role, and level of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate practices/training sessions (1–4 times per week)
- Teach fundamentals, skill progression, and game concepts using the BEBC curriculum
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment
- Build confidence and a love for the game in every athlete
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff
- Serve as a role model for ALL players
Qualifications
- Passion for youth development and teaching basketball
- Playing and/or coaching experience (youth, high school, college, or beyond)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn
- Commitment to ongoing coach education
- Background check clearance (required)
