The Assistant Cook role will help to create a fun, welcoming camp atmosphere by preparing meals with intention and providing an excellent dining experience for campers.
Location: YMCA Camp E.L.K. in Wrightwood, CA
Create a Positive Dining Experience:
Prepare meals with care and consistency, helping campers and staff feel comfortable, supported, and ready for each day's camp activities.
Foster a Safe & Healthy Environment:
Lead With Integrity & Care:
Demonstrate honesty, respect, responsibility, and professionalism through consistent hygiene, ethical conduct, and reliable teamwork.
Support Camp Operations:
Stay attentive to camper needs, menu updates, and safety concerns, contributing to smooth meal service and a positive camp atmosphere.
