As a Budtender, you will use your retail skills and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Educate customers on product effects and consumption methods.
- Operate the POS system accurately for all transactions, including cash handling and card payments.
- Maintain organized, attractive merchandising displays and keep products stocked and properly presented.
- Promote sales by highlighting new products, specials, and complementary items.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including stock checks, restocking, and compliance with storage requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Perform cleaning, restocking, and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ to apply
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, ideally in a dispensary or specialty retail environment.
- Open Availability
- Knowledge of cannabis products and a strong interest in customer education.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with upselling and product recommendations is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills, with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow all company policies and state/local cannabis regulations.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
