Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator / Video Producer to bring fresh, engaging stories to life across multiple media platforms. In this role, you will handle everything from high-end field production to cutting-edge post-production.
The ideal candidate has a dual passion: you know how to capture current, exciting, and trendy social media formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube), but you also deeply understand the technical workflows of high-end broadcast video production.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- End-to-End Production: Develop creative concepts, script, storyboard, film, and manage advanced post-production workflows.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling, trendy visual content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook to elevate our brand presence.
- Studio & Field Operation: Run broadcast studio setups, field audio, professional lighting, and advanced camera gear.
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, high-impact videos with seamless audio-visual integration and motion graphics.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our creative crew on overall content strategy, social media management, and localized content needs.
- Project Management: Maintain organized project files and documentation while managing multiple overlapping deadlines without sacrificing quality.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- The Experience: Proven experience in videography, video production, and social media content creation with a strong portfolio/reel to show for it.
- The Technical Toolkit:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Experience or strong familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with 4K to 12K camera systems, DSLRs, DJI Gimbals, drones, and broadcast-style setups.
- The Eye: A deep understanding of lighting techniques, framing, and pacing for both traditional broadcast and short-form vertical video.
- Communication Skills: Strong storytelling abilities, including technical scriptwriting and clear project documentation.
- Adaptability: The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and keep files meticulously organized.
