Perfect for a bite in the neighborhood or a signature dining experience, our space is both cozy and sophisticated, with vintage touches and a large, 4-season patio with views of the Denver skyline.
In year 1 earn between $24–$28* per hour on average ( with tips included). Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency.
- Base wage of $19.29/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay

Requirements:
Pastry:

Can function in a high volume kitchen w/ the ability to multitask, prioritize & manage time effectively

Experience with and/or a willingness to explore a variety of cuisines, techniques, and styles of cooking is mandatory

Working knowledge of baking with alternative flours & sweeteners.

Current knowledge of dessert & pastry preparation, production, and baking techniques.
