We are currently hiring immediately for a professional, organized and customer-focused COLLISION CENTER RECEPTIONIST to support the daily operations of our Toyota collision center in Chester.
The Collision Center Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in keeping the collision center running smoothly. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering incoming calls, scheduling repair appointments, assisting with rental coordination, maintaining accurate repair files and ensuring customers receive timely updates throughout the repair process. The receptionist also supports the estimating and management teams by processing paperwork, entering customer information, scanning documents and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Schedule repair appointments and assist with customer updates
- Support rental coordination as needed
- Maintain accurate repair files and organized records
- Process paperwork, scan documents and enter customer information
- Assist with administrative duties
- Support the estimating, sales and service teams
Required Skills:
