ABOUT PHOENIX PARK ENERGY MARKETING LLC
Phoenix Park Energy Marketing LLC (PPEM) is based in Houston, Texas and is engaged in the business of marketing, trading and transportation of NGLs in Canada, USA and Mexico predominantly via rail. The Hull NGL terminal located in Hull, Texas is at the core of PPEM’s strategy to increase product supply to customers in existing and potential new markets.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
PPEM will engage in part-time administrative support as an independent contractor under a 1099 classification.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a High School General Diploma OR equivalent combination of education, experience in Administration.
- Proficient in computer programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook Email.
- Bookkeeping and Filing
- Budget Tracking
SERVICES
- The Independent Contractor is primarily responsible, as part of working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) 8hr days. This schedule could change depending on workload or increased production through the Terminal.
- The Independent Contractor shall work under the guidance of the Manager of Terminal Operations.
- The Independent Contractor is responsible for the administrative needs for the Hull Terminal. Conducting the facility safety and trucker orientations. Annual budget tracking, filing and bookkeeping. Ordering supplies for the Hull Terminal. Assisting with supporting operations and logistics with any documentation needs. These activities must be conducted in compliance with clearly detailed procedures, safely, cost-effectively, and reliably and must be delivered in a manner that consistently adds value to PPEM’s overall business process.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The Services shall be performed in accordance with the Company’s safety procedures and policies under supervision. Pre employment Drug & Alcohol testing is required.
