Winds of Change Counseling is a small group practice focused on providing excellent clinical care for our clients and an engaging and supportive environment for our clinicians.
This position can be either part time or full time, with the ability to collaborate on the schedule that works best for you. There is also the option to work with children, families and couples in addition to adult individuals, based on candidate training and interest. This position provides clinical supervision to meet licensure requirements (for LPC licensure-track) from experienced clinicians who are passionate about nurturing new therapists.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and provide both short-term and long-term psychotherapy to clients in a private-practice model for individuals, couples and/or families.
- Provide services in person and via telehealth modalities (please note, some days in person are required)
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment.
- Conduct consultations, which include clinical assessment of client’s needs and then appropriate treatment recommendations.
- Attend and participate in weekly clinical supervision.
- Attend consultation groups monthly or as scheduled
- Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner.
- Conduct care coordination with other providers as needed.
- Attend and complete clinical trainings as agreed upon in conjunction with clinical supervisor.
- Networking within the community as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), or expect to receive one within the next month
- Effective interpersonal skills reflective of the kind and compassionate nature of communication within the company
- Strong work ethic and orientation towards excellence in job performance
- Strengths in reliability, timeliness and responsiveness
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and evidence-based practices
- Knowledge of coding and billing procedures for insurance reimbursement is preferred but not required
- Experience with substance use disorders OR the willingness to learn is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
