1st & 2nd Shift Available (Monday – Friday 7a – 3:30p OR 3:30p – 12:00a)
Up to $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

We're recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join a leading metal manufacturing company in Allentown, PA.

What You'll Do
- Load and unload CNC machines
- Operate production equipment to achieve quality and production targets
- Monitor machine performance and report faults
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers and other measuring equipment
- Complete deburring, cleaning and packaging of finished components
- Follow production schedules and work orders
- Record production data accurately
- Carry out basic preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Basic CNC machining knowledge is an advantage
- Experience using measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
