Spark ABA | Sugar Land, TX Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Daytime | Clinic-Based | No In-Home Travel | Relocation Assistance |
Spark ABA is an independently owned, clinician-led ABA clinic in Sugar Land, TX. We are not private-equity backed and we are not part of a national chain. That means clinical decisions are made by the people doing clinical work, not by outside investors chasing margins. We are growing, and we are looking for a clinically strong, leadership-minded BCBA to grow with us.
This is a well-supported, clinic-based BCBA role with a manageable caseload, plus a real, defined path into clinical leadership for those who want it. You won't be buried in admin or stretched thin. Leadership growth here is an opportunity we'll invest in, never an unpaid expectation piled on top of your clinical work.
Real Earning Potential, Paid Weekly
Most BCBA postings say "competitive pay" and leave it there. We'll show you the actual math.
On top of your base salary, you earn a performance bonus of $45 for every billable hour above 24 in a week, paid out every Monday for the prior week, separate from your regular paycheck. There are no caps and no games; it's based on your actual billable hours.
What that looks like (illustrated at an $90,000 base):
Estimated annual compensation examples:
- 24 billable hours/week: $90,000
- 28 billable hours/week: $99,360
- 32 billable hours/week: $108,720
- 36 billable hours/week: $118,080
- 40 billable hours/week: $127,440
With our incoming client pipeline, hitting and exceeding these hours is realistic, and your effort is rewarded immediately, every week.
Why BCBAs Choose Spark ABA
We believe clinicians should focus on what they do best: high-quality, ethical ABA. Everything that normally pulls a BCBA away from clinical care is handled for you:
- Billing and revenue cycle
- Credentialing and contracting
- Scheduling and intake coordination
- Parent communication support
- Day-to-day clinic operations and staff coordination
So your time goes to assessments, treatment planning, supervision, family training, and clinical quality, not paperwork and operational headaches.
You'll also get:
- A defined leadership pathway. A real, mapped-out career ladder, not a vague promise (see below).
- A real voice. Direct input into clinical culture, staff training, and programming, with direct access to ownership.
- Manageable caseloads in a structured, supportive, clinic-based environment.
- No corporate bureaucracy. Decisions get made quickly because the decision-makers are in the building.
Your Career Growth Path
We don't just say "room to grow." We'll show you exactly where this can lead. Every step is a real role with real responsibility:
- BCBA: Create treatment plans, supervise RBTs, support families, and deliver high-quality ABA.
- Senior BCBA: For clinicians who consistently show strong clinical judgment, leadership, and independence.
- Assistant Clinical Director: Support the CD with daily clinical operations, staff development, and team leadership.
- Clinical Director: Lead the clinical team at the center level; oversee BCBAs and RBTs and own quality of care.
- Senior Clinical Director: Support higher-level operations, mentor newer CDs, and strengthen clinical systems.
- Group Clinical Director: Oversee multiple teams or locations and drive clinical consistency across centers.
- Regional Clinical Director: Own clinical performance across several locations and develop the next generation of clinical leaders.
As Spark ABA grows, these roles open up, and we promote from within. Grow with us as we build something special.
