Hey you ;) We are currently hiring for multiple barista position's. We have various schedules available. The position(s) wage is minimum ($17.13 an hour) + tips. During our training period there is no tips until fully trained. We are hiring for our HAZEL DELL location and our ORCHARDS location. You having coffee experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including food preparation stations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Engage in sales activities to promote menu items and enhance customer experience.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and register operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is needed
- Familiarity with food service operations, food handling, and preparation techniques is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with customers.
- We require individuals to have their Washington State Food Handlers card.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
