The Construction Operations Coordinator will work closely with ownership to support daily business operations, project coordination, scheduling, customer communication, administrative systems, and internal organization.
This position is not a sit-back office role. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, solve problems, communicate well, and help bring structure and efficiency to a growing construction business.
Primary Responsibilities
Operations & Project Coordination
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Support material ordering and delivery coordination
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, project updates, and questions
- Assist ownership with managing daily operations and priorities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage and update CRM system (Keap)
- Assist with QuickBooks tasks, invoicing, and administrative tracking
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and internal systems
- Support proposal preparation, paperwork, and administrative workflows
- Track leads, project pipeline activity, and follow-up items
Systems & Process Improvement
- Help improve internal organization, workflows, and business processes
- Assist with developing efficient systems to support company growth
- Identify opportunities to improve communication, tracking, and operations
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in construction, remodeling, home services, project coordination, operations, office management, or administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, CRM software, or business systems
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team mentality
Construction or home services industry experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right candidate.
