NSC Staffing, Travel Division, is seeking an experienced Project Field Superintendents to oversee electrical construction operations on a large-scale data center project in Covington, GA. This is a fast-paced leadership role requiring strong organizational, communication, and technical management skills.
PAY: $45- $55/ hr DOE
PER DIEM: $120/ days worked
SCHEDULE: 58+ hrs/ week
JOB DETAILS:
- Manage and maintain a fast-paced construction schedule.
- Supervise multiple electrical crews through crew leads and foremen.
- Oversee more than 100 electricians on a single building.
- Coordinate daily field operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors, and the client.
- Resolve field issues while maintaining project timelines.
- Promote and enforce all safety standards on the jobsite.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Field Superintendent on large commercial or industrial construction projects.
- Data center experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical electrical construction knowledge.
- Experience managing large field teams (100+ craft workers).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
