Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms while providing exceptional hospitality. Housekeepers play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to brand standards.
- Change bed linens and replace towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned areas.
- Report maintenance concerns and damaged items to management.
- Ensure carts and supply closets remain organized and stocked.
- Follow all safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when needed.
- Assist with laundry duties and special cleaning projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
