- Answer phones, take messages, and assist customers with inquiries
- Provide estimates for body shop services and schedule jobs accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and tools
- Help move vehicles safely within the shop as needed
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials following safety protocols
- Support parts inventory management and stock replenishment
- Perform other duties to assist the body shop team for efficient operations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Customer service experience and ability to handle phone calls professionally
