We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to manage our Augusta, GA lot and help customers find the perfect building for their property.
Job Description
As the Sales Representative for our location, you will:
- Serve customers by selling portable buildings and helping them find the right shed or metal structure for their needs.
- Greet walk-in customers, listen to their needs, and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
- Respond promptly to website inquiries, social media leads, and incoming phone calls.
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up with customers after sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including monthly reconciliations and beginning-of-month inventory reports.
- Identify sales trends — which building sizes, colors, and styles are selling best — and share feedback with management.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is willing and able to use social media extensively, especially Facebook (Marketplace), Instagram, and TikTok.
- Is fiscally responsible and understands accountability — you’ll oversee approximately $150K–$200K in lot inventory.
- Is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing a variety of customer situations.
- Can work full-time, Monday through Saturday (40 hours per week).
- Has basic math skills and proficiency in Excel and web-based applications.
- Possesses a collaborative spirit and values partnerships — teamwork drives our success.
Sales experience isn’t required, but an entrepreneurial spirit and a curious, self-driven attitude are essential.
Skills & Experience (Preferred)
- 1+ year of inside sales experience
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Experience with social media marketing or content creation
Compensation
- Commission: % of gross lot sales
- Earning Potential: $50,000 – $95,000+ annually (your drive determines your success!)
