Duration: 13 weeks (Opportunity for extension)
Location: 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30342
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week
Work Window: 4:30 AM – 11:00 PM EST (No weekends)
- Fully Remote position
- Local and travel candidates accepted
- Candidate must provide their own equipment:
- Abstract complex oncology cases, including:
- Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) treatments
- Multiple-facility abstracts
- Rare and complex primary cancer sites
- Complete user-defined fields as required
- Maintain a minimum 90% accuracy, with an expected average of 95%
- Participate in quality reviews
- Candidates may be required to complete an assessment to evaluate their ability to handle complex case abstracting
Experience with the following systems is preferred:
- OncoLog
- Cerner
- OncoEMR
- Allscripts
- ARIA
- MOSAIQ
- Required: CTR/ODS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent Certified Tumor Registrar experience
- Associate's degree in a relevant field required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
