Our Philosophy: The "Prodigy Difference" & Your Growth Path
At Prodigy Athletics, we believe sports are the ultimate vehicle for character development—we build great athletes and even better people. We are a rapidly growing sports and volleyball organization in the middle of a large expansion. We are growing our volleyball club, pickleball programming, and fitness memberships while pushing our court utilization to capacity as we work to build a second facility.
We aren't building a static, single-location; we are laying the infrastructure for a dominant multi-facility, multi-market regional portfolio.
We need a marketing builder who wants a legitimate career path, not just a standard day job. Your mission is to codify our client acquisition playbooks and systemize our workflows at this flagship location. As we scale into new geographic territories, the data-driven systems you build here will become our company-wide standard, directly positioning you to ascend into a regional director or corporate leadership role.
If you want a comfortable, predictable desk job, skip this post. If you want to take absolute ownership and scale your career alongside our expanding footprint, this is your seat.
Ready to Drive Real-World Connection?
At Prodigy Athletics, we aren’t looking for someone to just manage social profiles—we need someone to build the marketing systems that fill courts, sell out programs, and connect communities. You will power standout marketing campaigns that move the needle, directly expanding the reach of our volleyball club, pickleball programs, fitness facility, and more. We are looking for an ambitious, analytics-obsessed storyteller who wants to take full ownership of our brand's growth.
But Let's Be Brutally Honest...
This is a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. This role is not about posting "pretty pictures" or chasing vanity metrics; it is about driving hard consumer registrations and high-quality leads. You will be fully responsible for tracking cross-channel data, writing high-emotion copy under tight deadlines, and managing multi-platform campaigns from start to finish.
You will be actively creating copy/content, running email/SMS marketing campaigns, managing website updates, creating and managing Meta campaigns and audiences, general promotions, and analyzing data and analytics results.
Regular evening and weekend hours are required to capture live tournament energy and launch on-site activations. If you lack the organizational grit to balance multiple brand voices simultaneously without dropping balls, you will fail in this role. But if you are a self-starter who makes decisions based on hard data, craves absolute creative autonomy, and wants to build a dominant local footprint in Westchester County—this is your calling.
What You'll Do (Driven by Performance, Not Vibes)
1. Email & SMS Lifecycle Dominance
- Automated Nurture Pipelines: Structure, draft, and deploy automated multi-stage email and SMS nurture campaigns designed to transform cold leads into active registrants.
- Database Cross-Selling: Write targeted copy, select promotional media, and execute scheduled broadcast campaigns that turn our current youth volleyball database into a high-yield cross-sell network for secondary multi-sport programming.
- The Weekly Drumbeat: Enforce absolute consistency across our communication channels, scheduling and pushing out high-frequency product offers aligned with our seasonal registration deadlines.
2. Dynamic Website Operations
- Agile Page Management: Coordinate all frontend updates and copy changes across our distinct brand web domains to keep our programming schedule completely accurate.
- Launch Copywriting: Write clear, action-oriented web content and curate conversion-focused images and background videos for all new program rollouts, league links, and clinic registration blocks.
3. Paid Performance & Meta Ads
- Campaign & Audience Management: Take complete ownership of our paid media acquisition funnels. You will build, launch, and optimize targeted Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns and custom audiences to aggressively capture local demand.
- Conversion-Driven Creative: Write high-emotion ad copy and identify high-performing promotional images and video assets designed to fill event brackets and push the facility past its 60% to 85% court utilization floor.
4. Organic Social Media and Community Growth
- Organic Content Engine: Script, shoot, and post hyper-relevant organic content across our entire social ecosystem—including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts—to build localized brand density.
- Hyper-Local Digital Footprint: Manage and continuously optimize our Google Business Profile to dominate local map searches. Build and cultivate interactive local Facebook Groups to capture neighborhood dialogue and convert open-play free agents into dedicated team captains.
- Targeted Offline Collateral: Coordinate localized print and direct-mail outreach campaigns, creating high-impact flyers, USPS postcards, and print ads for high school athletic programs to saturate the Northern Westchester residential market.
5. Technical Tracking & Analytics Guardrails
- Maintain our digital tracking infrastructure by embedding active Meta Pixels, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager codes across all entry pages to perform routine channel audits, instantly doubling down on what drives capital ROI and killing what doesn't.
