Our McAllen location is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality, leadership, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations and showing a genuine love for the art of hospitality.
- Be the go-to expert on menus, specials, and all things hospitality.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product details, specials, and pricing, and enforce dress and grooming standards for staff.
- Hire, train, and develop team members, creating a positive work environment built on collaboration and high performance.
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting, inventory, and cost control.
- Keep our restaurant spotless, safe, and compliant with all health standards.
- Build schedules that work for the team and the business.
What you bring:
- 1–2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting (fine dining or elevated casual preferred).
- A hospitality mindset with strong people and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of POS systems (Micros, OpenTable, etc.)
- A polished, professional presence and deep love for great food and drinks.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus!
Physical Demands:
- This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, navigate a fast-paced environment, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical tasks typical of restaurant operations.

Position Details:
This is a full-time, exempt leadership role. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with great benefits and room to grow!
