Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurse / manager(RN) and auxiliary direct care staff (LPN, CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team at a newly established assisted living facility. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care and will support patient's comfort, and safety through comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and personalized care plans. Qualifications
CNA Candidates
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
LPN Candidates
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred.
RN Candidates
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, home health, or geriatrics preferred.

Requirements
- Valid appropriate state licensure with current certification.
- Proven experience working in diverse healthcare settings including long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or home health environments.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy relevant to adult and geriatric populations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and with patients of all ages.
Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
