Restoration Massage & Skincare is seeking a licensed massage therapist who values intentional, client-centered care and wants to build a sustainable, fulfilling career in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and comfort level
- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques safely and effectively (including deep tissue when indicated)
- Conduct thorough intakes and ongoing assessments to guide treatment plans
- Maintain clear, professional documentation of services provided
- Educate clients on self-care, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies when appropriate
- Uphold a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment environment
- Collaborate respectfully with team members to support a positive, high-quality client experience
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts massage therapy license (required)
- Foundational understanding of anatomy and body mechanics
- Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Reliability, integrity, and pride in your work
