Job Description
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator supports CourseCo’s growing portfolio of golf courses, hospitality venues and event properties through digital marketing, content creation, brand management and internal collaboration. This role is a full-time, in-office position responsible for assisting in marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives while ensuring consistency across all digital and print communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain branded digital and print marketing materials, templates, and creative assets that support campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with the development, scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns while ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Update and maintain website content across multiple platforms, ensuring information remains accurate, current, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Support the coordination, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of digital advertising and pay-per-click campaigns.
- Design engaging visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools while maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms, including graphics, copy, photography, and video assets that drive engagement and brand awareness. · Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or graphic design preferred.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience managing content across social media platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website content management systems and digital advertising is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast paced, collaborative office environment.
