Job Overview
Corvalent is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – IoT Division to lead and expand our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) software and hardware business. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening customer relationships across industrial, commercial, Smart Building, and Smart City markets.
The Sales Manager will oversee the complete sales lifecycle, from market development and lead generation to contract negotiations and customer retention. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in consultative SaaS sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of building successful sales organizations within industrial and commercial technology markets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Growth

Drive revenue growth for Corvalent’s IoT software and hardware solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and forecasts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Lead strategic customer presentations and negotiations.
Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and manage sales team members.
- Set performance goals and monitor results.
- Coach and mentor staff to improve sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.
Customer & Account Management

Build relationships with key customers and partners.
- Develop long-term account growth strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support major opportunities and executive-level engagements.
Market Development

Identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.
- Expand Corvalent’s presence in target markets.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives.
- Support trade shows, events, and strategic campaigns.
Contract & Business Management

Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
- Review proposals and sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of sales management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Industrial & Commercial SaaS consultative sales experience.
- Proven success selling technology, IoT, IIoT, or software solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise and strategic accounts.
