Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot by managing vehicle organization, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the automotive industry.
Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with their inquiries regarding parking spaces.
- Manage the organization of vehicles on the lot to ensure easy parking and access to Wiltern Theater.
- Drive vehicles to and from designated areas, including parking/parking garage lot as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lot.
- Assist with cash/credit card handling duties, including processing parking tickets for parkers as needed.
- Provide valet parking services when necessary, ensuring safe handling of customer vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates and information.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a credit card machine is preferred.
- Experience in valet parking or working at a parking lot is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
