Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Shift Lead to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with kitchen management tasks such as food production, cooking supervision, and maintaining quality standards in line with restaurant policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within the food industry, including staff training and development.
- Experience managing inventory control and food safety management practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
