Le Belleair Cafe, a renowned French bakery committed to excellence in crafting high-quality pastries, is currently seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Server/Bartender Assistant (part-time position). This role involves providing support to the service team in attending to customers and maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the dining area.
Duties:
- Assist the staff team in preparing the dining area before service, including setting up tables and replenishing supplies.
- Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and professionally, following established service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, including sweeping, clearing empty plates and glasses, and cleaning tables between each service.
- Greet customers warmly and answer their questions about products.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays as needed.
