Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field is required.
- Active and current Michigan School Psychologist license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments to help identify learning, behavioral, or developmental needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and direct support to students, enhancing their coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
- Serve as a resource for teachers and administrators for behavioral interventions, progress monitoring, and classroom supports.
- Actively participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes.
- Engage families and assist with referrals to outside community resources when necessary.
- Maintain confidential, organized, and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
