Culpepper Kurland is a Tampa Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeking a Receptionist and/or Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant. Culpepper Kurland is committed to providing aggressive, high-quality legal representation to injured victims.
Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant Responsibilities include assisting a Case Manager with the following:
- Handling pre-suit personal injury cases from inception to settlement.
- High level of contact with clients, medical providers and insurance adjusters.
- Order, review and analyze medical records.
- Will gain experience handling PIP, UM, BI and PD claims.
- Will gain experience preparing a case for demand.
- Will gain post demand experience and knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and client communication is required
Case Manager Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Client/Data Management Systems, Client Profiles/Aderant
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
