American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring intermediate or advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification and a valid NC or compact RN license.

Work is performed in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit

Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

13-week contract

Active NC or compact RN license required

Minimum 2 years of recent L&D nursing experience required

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) required; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

Intermediate or advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification (or NCCEFM) required

NRP Advanced 9th Edition (American Academy of Pediatrics) required

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
