Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) who is motivated, dependable, and driven to create meaningful connections with guests while contributing to the growth of the business.
This is not a passive role—our nurses actively educate guests, build trust, and confidently recommend services and packages that support their goals.
Schedule Requirements:
- Minimum 1 weekday shift per week
- Minimum 2 Saturdays per month
- Additional shifts available based on performance and business needs
Responsibilities:
- Administer IV nutrient therapy and injections safely and professionally
- Deliver a high-level, personalized guest experience
- Educate guests on services, memberships, and packages with confidence
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Uphold a clean, organized, and elevated environment
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and ownership of scheduled shifts
- Communicate proactively and show up prepared and engaged
- Operate with integrity and align with the values of a wellness-focused business
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in South Dakota - this role is not for LPNs, EMTs, or Paramedics
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with sales conversations and guest education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IV experience
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset
