Coordinate campus landscape planning and maintenance and oversee care of indoor plants.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Provide daily maintenance of trees, shrubs, turf, planting beds and potted plants throughout the campus.

Perform plant and plant maintenance activities such as weeding, pruning, herbicide & pesticide applications

Coordinate and facilitate resident volunteer activities with indoor plants and planting beds including the resident garden area.

Prepare soil for planting & install plant materials.
Provide timely inspections of entire campus grounds, planting beds, trees & shrubs. Develop schedules for pesticide, fertilizer applications & carry plans out. Consult with Environmental Services Department to help solve problems with lawn care or other grounds care/appearance issues. Keep Director informed of unresolved problems & other grounds related issues.
Review and develop annual and long-range plans for grounds care and landscaping to prioritize upgrades and additions.
Serve as principal staff liaison for the Resident Council Gardens and Grounds Committee.
Oversee all vendors for Exterior Grounds work, concrete, and etc.
