ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Front Desk Burn Ambassador who loves connecting with people and helping create a fun, welcoming environment! As the first face our members and guests see, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience, driving trial-to-membership conversions, and building our vibrant fitness community. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with the sales process, eager to learn, and excited to collaborate with a team in a fun, fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
· First Impressions & Vibe: Warmly greet members and guests, creating an inviting, high-energy, and positive environment from the moment they walk through the door.
· Lead Nurturing & Sales: Engage in the membership sales process, follow up with prospective members via phone/text/email, and help convert leads into long-term community members.
· Member Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with members, answering questions and supporting them along their fitness journey.
· Social Media Content Creation: Capture engaging, high-energy photos and videos during camps, post content to gym social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and showcase our amazing community.
· Gym Support: Support daily gym operations, including check-ins, administrative tasks, and general tidying/organization to keep the facility looking top-notch.

· Outgoing & Confident: A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for connecting with people and relationship-building.
· Sales Comfort: Comfort and confidence engaging in sales conversations, following up with leads, and presenting membership options.
· Social Media Savvy: Comfort and excitement around appearing on camera and posting on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)—or a strong willingness and eagerness to learn digital content creation!
· Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the team.
· Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
· Community Driven: Passion for fitness, wellness, and creating an engaging, supportive environment for our members.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Flexible shift availability required, including early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM camp openings), late afternoons/evenings, and weekend coverage.
