Tool Maker / Tool Builder
Location: Milford, NH 03055
Duration: 3+ Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Job Summary:
Responsible for building, inspecting, maintaining, and cleaning molds used in molding machines according to blueprints and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble molds and tooling components per blueprints.
- Inspect mold bases and components using digital calipers, snap gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Operate molding machines as needed.
- Perform basic tool maintenance and coordinate repairs with the Tool Shop.
- Disassemble, clean, and properly store molds after production.
- Maintain an organized and safe work area.
- Follow all quality and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
