What You'll Do
As a Room Attendant, you'll help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest by:
Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to Hilton brand standards.
Restocking linens, towels, and guest amenities.
Replacing used linens with fresh ones.
Replenishing room supplies, including toiletries, coffee items, and glassware.
Inspecting rooms to ensure appliances and amenities are in proper working order.
Arranging furniture and room items according to hotel standards.
Responding promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service calls.
Delivering requested items to guest rooms.
Removing room service trays and other items from guest hallways.
Maintaining a clean, organized housekeeping cart and work area.
Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and property damage.
Following all company safety, security, and guest privacy procedures.
Maintaining dependable attendance and working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
