EverHome is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Physical Therapist to join our team, providing in-home therapy services in the Grosse Pointe area. If you’re looking for flexible, meaningful work without the pressure of minimum hours or weekend coverage, we’d love to connect.
- PRN, flexible scheduling – pick up visits based on your availability
- No weekend or holiday requirements
- Per visit pay – rate varies by visit type (evaluation, follow-up, discharge, etc.)
- Coverage area: Grosse Pointe
- Electronic documentation via WellSky (formerly Kinnser)
- Active Michigan PT license
- At least 1 year of home health experience required
- Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned area
