Overview
We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our restaurant and contributes significantly to the overall dining experience of our guests.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly sweeping and mopping floors.
- Properly store clean dishes and kitchen tools in designated areas to ensure easy access for kitchen staff.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen setting.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
