Job Summary

Duties
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Supervise front desk staff, assign duties, and support team development to maintain high service standards
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing guest relations and handling special requests with care
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in guest services
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation platforms is essential
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Ability to lead a team, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure
- Experience with Choice Advantage PMS is a plus
